Gary D’Acquisto
Founder, CEO
Gary is Founder and CEO of Servico Building Maintenance Company, Inc. Servico was established in 1972 in the San Francisco Bay Area. The company began as a two-person husband and wife cleaning team and has grown to service over 6 million square feet throughout Northern California. Gary oversees Servico’s day-to-day operations and works closely with his team members to ensure excellence for his valued clients.
Carlos Diaz
Operations Manager
Carlos began his career with Servico Building Maintenance in September of 1985 and has been an integral part of Servico’s success over the past 35 years. Carlos is an excellent communicator and a respected leader who works diligently to ensure all operational matters run smoothly.
Patricio Estupinan
Business Development Manager
Patricio is our new Business Development Manager, responsible for all tasks related to Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, and Automation.
A Santa Rosa native and recent graduate of San Francisco State University’s Lam Family College of Business, Patricio holds advanced degrees in Marketing and Business Administration. Patricio’s ambition and humility provide Servico with the ability to move forward into the digital age.
Francisco Vela
Supervisor
Francisco is responsible for overseeing South Sonoma and Marin County sites. With over 28 years at Servico, Francisco has worked in all aspects of maintenance, Under his current title Francisco communicates directly with clients – supervisors and day porters. His knowledge of IT and computers insures complete and accurate reporting.
Oscar Lopez
Supervisor
Oscar is the North County Lead Supervisor & Assistant Operations Manager. As a nearly 20-year employee with Servico, Oscar has been an integral team member with a focus on delivering the highest standards of cleaning to our clients.
Jesus Perez
Supervisor
Jesus has been with Servico for over 11 years. He began as a custodian but quickly showed his value and moved up to the position of Supervisor. His previous work in carpet and floor maintenance brings additional knowledge to his expertise. Jesus’ ability to run additional scheduled crews and deliver a product forged in attention to detail gives Servico and our clients an added value.
Jose Larromana
Foreman
Jose has been with Servico since 2007. Jose has become a very valued employee running our North County utility crew overseeing all carpet, floor, and detail cleaning services. Jose also works as a foreman displaying his ability to clearly define the situation at hand and address it to the client’s satisfaction.
Mario Vasquez
Foreman
Mario has worked with Servico since 2015. He currently runs the South Sonoma and Marin County utility crew and assists in the supervision of it employees including all Day Porters.
